Credits/Exchanges/Refunds are available on instock items if there is a fault in the workmanship of your purchase.

Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase to claim a refund.

Please note that items must be returned in the original packaging, with tags, and not worn, used or washed.

It would help both parties if you could call or email first to discuss any problems.
